CANCELED: 2020 Bay Area Dance Week | April 24 – May 3

UPDATE: Due to Coronavirus concerns, this event has been cancelled for 2020. You may still check the website to see if  there are any artists and organizations will offer a virtual event. 

Dancers’ Group is pleased to announce the 22nd anniversary of Bay Area Dance Week, which will run April 24-May 3, 2020.

The annual 10-day festival features over 400 hundred free events throughout the Bay Area. Take dance classes and watch free performances in a wide range of styles including Argentine tango, classical Indian, jazz, hip hop, ballet, traditional hula, fire dance, Samba, modern, Chinese classical, belly dance, aerial dance, West African, contact improvisation, and more.

Join Hālau Ka Ua Tuahine in a presentation of the sacred hula of Hawaii. Their presentation will include a Q&A session. Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a seat.
