Native Plant Work Party & Free Lunch | SF

Start your new year by rolling up your sleeves and pitching in to help the SF Rec & Parks’ Natural Areas team and the Sutro Stewards for a morning of habitat restoration and trail maintenance at the Interior Greenbelt from 9 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday, January 5, 2013.

You will be planting native plants and also improving some sections of the trail in this unique open space.

The group meets at the Woods parking lot off of Medical Center Way. Please wear closed-toed shoes, long pants and layers. The volunteer event will be held rain or shine, but may cancel in high winds.

There are volunteer positions available for all ages, and lunch and refreshments will be provided.
