Come celebrate International Women’s Day at Anchor Public Taps.

They’ll be releasing Rosa Stiefel IPA, a new collaboration beer with the Pink Boots Society whose mission is to assist, inspire, and encourage women beer industry professionals to advance their careers through education. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Pink Boots Society.

Meet the brewers who created this unique and delicious beer and mingle with members of the Pink Boots Society.

Food truck Batter Up will be onsite serving up delicious corn dogs and American fare, so come hungry AND thirsty.

Rosa Stiefel IPA is a Belgian-inspired IPA brewed in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society SF Bay Area Chapter. The beer is dry hopped with a custom blend made for the Pink Boots Society who assisted in harvest; selecting the varietals by hand, nose, and mouth.

-Malt: Briess Brewer’s Pale, Admiral Malting’s Maiden Voyage, and Red Wheat.
-Hops: Loral in the whirlpool and the Pink Boots blend for dry hopping (Citra, Loral, Mosaic, Palisade, and Simcoe).
-Appearance: Hazy and pale with quick, oily head.
-Aroma: Mountains of fleshy fruit, stone fruit pits, earth, and sweet hop candy. Tropical and lush, with hints of vanilla and pith.
-Taste: Mouth-wateringly fine, silken, and exotic fruit. This juicy brew builds with marvelous bitterness.
-Finish: Strong melding of fruit and bitter hoppy goodness. Belgian yeasty notes. Lingers and pleases the palate as the finish lasts.
