Event Details

This 54 hour course is grounded in a thorough study of the essentials of the Windows 10 landscape: Desktop, Start menu, Taskbar, and File Explorer. There is a major emphasis on the fundamentals of file and folder management as well as a focus on basic web skills like browser settings, web searching, downloading, uploading and attaching files to email.
Once these skills are established, we study the fundamentals of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and also look at their parallels in Google Drive, Doc, Slides and Sheets.

This course is offered through the Older Adults department at City College of San Francisco.The Older Adults Department at CCSF offers non-credit classes specially designed for those 55 plus, but all are welcome to attend.
