Kidsfest Creative Arts Festival | SoMa

Join FLAX on Saturday, July 28, 2012, for their annual Kidsfest, a fascinating day of discovery, imagination and learning for children and their parents.

This year’s theme is Superheroes. Bring your little heroes and heroines and enjoy this festive day while your child has a blast exploring their creative side. This event is free.

Kidfest Creative Arts Festival 2012:

• Michael Capozzola, a fabulous cartoonist associated with the Cartoon Art Museum, will engage and enthuse on How to Draw a Superhero
• The Museum of Craft and Design will host a MakeArt Workshop, Design a Superhero Logo. Layer shapes, colors, and images to walk away wearing your own unique logo
• Talented Artists and Craftspeople.
• Interactive events and demonstrations, including tie dye, face painting, pipe cleaner critters, window clings, origami, painting, fun games and more

Children under the age of 14 are required to have adult supervision.
