Kill Devil Hill is a group of metal heroes with Rex Brown (former bassist of Pantera), Vinny Appice (drummer with Dio, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, and others), Mark Zavon (guitarist for Ratt & spotlighted by Guitar Player magazine), and Dewey Bragg who combines an eerie resemblance to the late Alice in Chains vocalist Layne Staley with his own powerful melodic choruses.
