Kundalini Yoga Flash Class is coming back to the East Bay for another fun, uplifting, and inspiring event. We’ll be at the heart of UC Berkeley’s campus at Memorial Glade, the big grassy patch right in front of the main Doe Library.
Bring a yoga mat, water, shawl or blanket and mug for some nourishing yogi tea after class.
