  • 10 am to noon: Free Breakfast & Performances – Featured guests include poets from The Bigger Picture, a project of Youth Speaks, aimed at ending type II diabetes in young people in California, DJ CAVEM, Hip Hop artists and food justice advocate from Denver, and other special guest
  • 10 am to 5 pm: Kids Zone – Featuring youth performances beginning with an under 12 open mic and continuing with performers designed specifically for kids under 12 years old. This stage is active from 10 am to 2:30 pm and includes a performance from Young Gifted and Black. This zone will run from 10 am to 5 pm.
  • 10 am to 4 pm: Naked Beauty Zone – Featuring hair and skin care demonstrations, natural beauty vendors, drumming and dancing, art making, other activities, and the YBCA Away Home Away from Home Exhibition
  • 10 am to 4 pm: Reflections of Healing – 10 murals placed in pods around the park with inviting and interactive questions to be answered by festival participants. Also featuring health screenings, consultations, testing for Diabetes, and HIV, as well as massage therapy and acupuncture
  • 11 am to 3 pm: STEMposium Makers Fair – a live science and technology fair that features drone camera workshops, solar panel workshops, a bicycle museum, live media lab, web and coding demos

    • Theater and poetry featuring The Live City Review (Sean San Jose), The Universes, the BNV Slam Team, and a few additional poets – Main Stage
    • DJ workshops for kids, as well as additional skate related and bike related activities. The Dunkers will begin dunking around 12:30 pm, and Ride SFO will be doing Bicycle Tricks around 1 pm – Town Park Stage
    • Conscious reggae and dancehall performances form local Reggae artists – Reggae Stage
  • 1 pm:
    • Youth Cipher featuring youth and adult MCs for an hour, free styling and playing with lyrics – Hip Hop Stage
    • Live performances near the skate park with activities – Town Park Stage
  • 2 pm:
    • Bamuthi, Chinaka and Town Futurist – Main Stage
    • MADlines is a West Coast girl with West Indian roots. She’s a talented lyricist with feminine finesse and a distinct, laid back flow – Hip Hop Stage
  • 2:45 pm:
    • Dance cipher and African dance classes featuring performers and drummers from West Africa, East Africa and South Africa
    • PE2.0, DJ Cavem and Young Gifted and Black, a cultural arts and education repertory group – Hip Hop Stage
    • Amir Sulaiman is a poet, recording artist, and intellect born in Rochester, New York. He was featured for two seasons on Russell Simmons HBO Def Poetry Jam – Main Stage
  • 4 pm:
    • DJ Rashida plays her signature fusion of hip-hop, funk, soul, dancehall and house – Main Stage
    • DJ Cavem – Hip Hop Stage
  • 5 pm: The Kev Choice All Star band – Main Stage
  • 7 pm: Shock G of Digital Underground – Main Stage
