“Live in the Castro” Free Outdoor Performance Series | SF

Come out and catch a series of free live performances on select weekends at Jane Warner Plaza in the Castro throughout the spring and summer.

Each weekend, they’ll present various types of live entertainment including neighborhood bands, local dancers and a variety of community groups.

Live In the Castro’s 2018 season of entertainment kicks off with Donna Sachet, First Lady of the Castro and neighborhood activist as the emcee; Ms. Sachet, known for her quick wit, will certainly keep the crowd going.

She will be introducing Improv-O-Linist Kippy Marks, a powerhouse of an entertainer and a rising star in the entertainment industry. Kippy has been delighting audiences with his inspirational composition and lively performances for decades.

Gregangelo’s Velocity Arts & Entertainment is a unique performance of dance, music and circus artistry; imagine a whirling dervish in the Castro. The day is rounded out with DJ Strano spinning his universal sound, a combination of House, Top 40 and Disco to keep you groovin.
