Event Details

Join Chef Jen Biesty, Top Chef Season Four alum, and Chef Adam Jones, Executive Chef of Palomino – as they show you how to prepare some of their most famous dishes in celebration of San Francisco Pride 2013.

The event takes place at 2 pm in the Cellar Demonstration Kitchen on the Lower Level.

Born in Brooklyn, New York and trained in classic French and Mediterranean cuisine, Chef Biesty believes in cooking for the season and stimulating the palette. For the last five years, she has been the Executive Chef of the Sir Francis Drake Hotel, home of Scala’s Bistro in Union Square. Presently, Chef Biesty is fulfilling her dream of opening her own restaurant in the bay area.

Raised in Kansas City, Chef Jones‘ passion for food started at an early age mainly inspired by his father’s cooking. Chef Jones went on to work with one of his heroes at Restaurant Michael Mina followed by the Hotel Whitcomb. Currently as Executive Chef of Palomino, Chef Jones delivers artisanal Mediterranean cuisine. He has been featured in numerous cookbooks on local farm-to-table cuisine and has appeared on the ABC-7 morning news.
