Event Details

It’s time again to show how you stand in solidarity together across the earth with the people, the creatures, and the land at the annual March Against Monsanto and the movement and help co-create a better world for us and those to come starting at noon on Saturday, May 21, 2016.

Come dressed like your favorite creature in need of representation against the Big Agro-Chemical Industry – bees, butterflies, salmon, bats, etc, all welcome). Bring the entire family.

March Route

Meet at noon Embarcadero/Northpoint St. at wooden platform, then a slow 30-minute march to Aquatic park. You should arrive there at about 1-1:15 pm with speakers and an open mic. Aquatic park is located at Beach and Hyde St. Meet at the bleachers, it’s a stadium like seating. Plan to arrive early, Saturday is busy and parking will be a challenge (stay posted on Facebook for more details.)

Lets make some noise singing, dancing and swarming along with a message to Monsanto, DuPont, Syngenta, Dow AgroChem, Bayer and all the traitors to the earth and the rights of nature; that you believe in a sustainable future; and that as collective citizen-stewards of the earth you will not allow this destruction to persist. You will come and share space with one another, building and uniting the many projects you entertain that can, are and will bring about meaningful change.
