Marin Music Chest, the 82-year old organization which presents annual scholarships to Marin County students studying classical music, has announced its 2015 scholarship award winners and annual concert featuring solo performances by each student musician.

Marin Music Chest presents its annual “Scholarship Winners Concert” at 2:30 pm Sunday, May 3 at San Domenico School in San Anselmo. The free concert showcases all 13 Marin Music Chest scholarship winners performing classical solo selections.

Marin Music Chest is a private, non-profit organization staffed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors with extensive musical backgrounds and an all-volunteer Artistic Council with professional backgrounds in music dedicated to fostering a greater interest and appreciation of classical music and has supported young classical musicians living in Marin County with annual scholarship awards and concert performance opportunities.
