Join MedMob SF for a free, public meditation event smack dab in front of City Hall. On Saturday, April 28th, we will be hosting a 1 hour silent meditation, followed by an 11 minute sound bath to blanket City Hall and downtown San Francisco in the vibration of peace and awareness. All people and paths are welcome
Vibrational instruments for the sound bath are encouraged, but not required (Didge, gong, singing bowls, etc) for extra fun, and a blanket or pillow to sit on to keep your bottom warm and back supported is always nice, too.
