Wild Oakland leads free, fun and educational guided environmental walks for busy urbanites.

They are a 100% volunteer organization, from the guiding committee to the walk leaders who donate their time because of a shared passion for ecology and education.

Come and learn about some of the the amazing water birds that stop in Oakland along their long winter migration. Join Rotary Nature Center Naturalist Constance Taylor to learn about the amazing lifestyles of these wild visitors and how Lake Merritt has played a role in this migration for thousands of years.
