Mission Holiday Block Party

Spend your evening in the Mission snacking, sipping and late-night shopping at more than 45  independent local stores as the Mission District hosts its 3nd annual Mission Holiday Block Party from 5-10pm on Friday, December 10, 2010.

Lots of the businesses along 16th Street and down Valencia will be offering live music, free drinks, live art and sale prices throughout the evening.

Here’s some of the shenanigans going on December 10th

Nooworks Join us at Nooworks to bring in the holidays with a 10% discount, champagne and a live DJ set. Our featured artist Emily Glaubinger will be taking photos for her fabulous custom digital portraits – which make a really unique holiday gift! We will also be hosting a holiday card making station which will be awesome entertainment for all ages.

Candystore Collective We’ll have stations throughout the store to sample holiday nog of all varieties, a DJ and art opening for artist, Kimia Kline. Enjoy 10% off during the event as well as enter to win a drawing for a gift bag of goods from the store.
