MLK’s “I Have a Dream” Speech 50th Anniversary Exhibit | The Old Mint

The San Francisco Museum and Historical Society hosts exhibition of The Dream@50 Art Contest semifinalists at the Old Mint from January 21- February 3, 2013.

The Dream@50 Art Contest embraces the arts as a vehicle for bringing this history alive for K-12 students today – to clarify the lessons of the past, and to empower students with the tools to make a difference and make the dream a reality.

The Awards Ceremony will take place at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts on January 21, 11am to noon. Following the ceremony awardees and guests will walk to the Old Mint to view the exhibition.
