“Mole” is a Mexican sauce made from chili peppers, other spices and (most importantly) chocolate.
Come and try moles from different regions of Mexico cooked up by professional chefs as well as home-made moles from the community at this “Mole to Die For” Tasting and Contest on Wedensday, November 16, 2011.
