mole 300x192 Mole to Die For Tasting & Contest“Mole” is a Mexican sauce made from chili peppers, other spices and (most importantly) chocolate. Come and try moles from different regions of Mexico cooked up by professional chefs as well as home-made moles from the community at this Mole Tasting and Contest. The event takes place in the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts Gallery where you will be able to see their Day of the Dead Exhibition of Traditional and Contemporary Altars.
