Monday Night Bargain Basement: Cheap Concert Night | Bottom of the Hill

Bottom of the Hill, one of the best breeding grounds for up-and-coming rock bands hosts a free or very cheap Monday night concert with DJs and live music on certain Mondays.

Concerts are free or very cheap, and donations are accepted for band and DJs.

About Bottom of the Hill:

If you want to see a rock concert in SF and have the best chance of seeing a huge band just before they make it big, then Bottom of the Hill is probably your place.

This  little rock club at the foot of Potrero Hill was the breeding ground for bands like The Strokes, Arcade Fire, Oasis, Spoon, Death Cab For Cuties and tons more –  all before they made it huge.
