Bring a picnic & a blanket, bring family, bring a friend – it’s Music in the Park time again.
The 2012 concert series will be our 9th season of providing free concerts every Wednesday night in September. The concerts have been funded by the local Target store since 2004.
The Shots is string band that plays songs & tunes that cover a wide range of traditions. Barry Mullis & Priscilla Boyle formed The Shots when they moved from the UK to San Francisco in 2002. They play traditional Irish & Scottish songs alongside Old-Time Appalachian, Bluegrass & Country songs. Their set also includes songs by Dylan, Cash, Elvis, The Beatles, The Kinks, Leadbelly, The Holy Modal Rounders, Gene Pitney & others.
