Roaring Camp | 1 Graham Hill Road, Felton, CA
The 35th Annual Musical Saw Festival will have continuous music from 10am to 5:30pm including a “Saw Off” – a saw contest, on August 11-12, 2012.
The festival features individual sawplayers as well as bands which include musical saws, guitars, mandolins, fiddles, accordion, bass etc. You’ll hear a wide range of music: Old-timey, Bluegrass, Classical, Blues, Folk.
The Saw Festival is free and kicks off with a gathering of sawplayers in downtown Santa Cruz at the Scribner Statue. The festival then moves on to Roaring Camp in Felton (between San Jose and Santa Cruz on the 17).
