Golden Gate Park Band’s Free Symphony in the Park (2024)
The Golden Gate Park Band presents its 142nd season in Golden Gate Park’s music concourse. That’s right, this 30-piece symphony has been playing free concerts in Golden Gate Park since 1882.
The Golden Gate Park Band will take you into the musical world of Disney at their weekly free concert at the Spreckels Temple of Music at 1 pm on Sunday, July 26, 2015.
Music will be from a number of Disney movies including some of the music used in “Fantasia,” as well as music from “Frozen;” also featured will be music played at Disneyland.
