DIESEL, A Bookstore in Oakland welcomes Constance Hale to the store to discuss and sign her new book, The Natives are Restless: A San Francisco Dance Master Takes Hula Into the Twenty-First Century, on Tuesday, November 1st at 7:00pm.

Joining her will be hula master, Kumu Patrick Makuakāne, founder of the dance troupe for Nā Lei Hulu i ka Wekiu, and as an extra special treat, some of his dancers will be performing in full costume.
