The Nihonmachi Street Fair is a celebration of the Asian / Pacific communities in the Bay Area on Saturday and Sunday, August 4-5, 2012 (11am – 6pm) in San Francisco’s Japantown.

The fair will take to the streets again for a full weekend of live music, dance performances, food festival and art such as a Polynesian review, Filipino stick dancing, hula dancing, taiko drumming, ukulele performance– all representative of Asian and Pacific cultures and communities.

The Nihonmachi Street Fair’s entertinment has been a platform for veteran as well as up and coming musical performers. From jazz to hip hop, reggae to rock catch one of the best free shows in town for the summer.
