NorCal Summer 2016 Cosplay Gathering | San Mateo

For those who have never been to a NorCal Cosplay Gathering before, the purpose is for cosplayers and photographers to meet up in a scenic location to get some great pictures, make new friends, and visit with long-time friends outside of the chaos of a convention.

The event will be $5 per person. Snacks and drinks will be provided, and this also covers the cost of the park reservation.

As in the past, they would please like you to observe these rules:

• You will be in public. This means No gun props allowed. Also includes Nerf guns, water guns, and other disruptive toys like that. Anything shaped like a gun is not allowed.
• Please use your best judgement in choosing a costume; costumes that are excessively revealing may be unfit for a public venue, as you will be outside and subject to the weather.
• You will be in public on city property, so please do not bring any alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, or other substances of that nature.
