Thursday, August 4, 2011 - 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm | Cost: FREE
The Vin Club | 515 Broadway St., San Francisco

If you’re hoping for a Thirsty Thursday with a little more class, check out North Beach Nights, a new, monthly community pub crawl in a historic San Francisco neighborhood.

Happening every first Thursday of the month, this neighborhood event features live music, art shows, food, drink specials and more at participating venues, including the Vin Club, the Tosca Cafe, the Beat Museum and E’ Tutto Qua.

Warning About This Event: The participating restaurants and bars seem very disorganized and seem to have no idea who is and isn’t taking part in this event on 8/4. The Vin Club is just having their normally happy hour, but no entertainment, E’ Tutto Qua has no specials, deals or entertainment, and the bartenders at Tosca haven’t even heard of this “event”, so Funcheap’s advice is don’t waste your time with North Beach tonight and find something else to do on Thursday.

So if you’re looking to add a little no cover celebration to your weekday, breeze your way down Broadway for a night of pasta, poetry performances and Peronis in one of the city’s most nostalgic neighborhoods.

The Vin Club (515 Broadway St., SF) | Thursday, August 4 | 6-11p | FREE
