5 Gyres Institute and Klean Kanteen Present “How Plastic Is Your Ocean?” an ocean-themed game show with comedian Chris Fairbanks as game show host, celebrity pro surfers and snowbaorders and audience as game show contestants.
The event is a benefit for 5 Gyres Institute Environmental and Education Programs
6:00 PM: Doors open. Silent auction bidding opens. San Francisco DJ Such and Such spinning hip hop and making the crowd happy by playing tunes that get you moving.
7:45 PM: The headlining event, “How Plastic Is YOUR Ocean,” hosted by comedian Chris Fairbanks (Fuel TV, Last Comic Standing, Tru TV, will feature YOU – the audience – paired up with pro-athletes like snowboarder Chanelle Sladics (Oakley), and pro-surfers Mary Osborne (Patagonia, Maui Jim) and Bianca Valenti (2012 Pipeline Pro Champion) – with more to be announced – for a chance to win outdoor adventure gear and prizes.
9:30 PM: Silent auction closes and winners announced. Dance along as DJ Deevice
