When the wildfires started raging through the North Bay, we immediately thought about how we can help the victims and the firefighters.  Many of us donated $, time and items like canned goods and clothing.  Spiffy Chicks would like to help our own community too. We’ve found it eases stress to be ready and have a plan–for many things in life.  It’s easy to spin into overwhelm when you read everything out there about how to prepare for an emergency.  Our goal is to break it all down into SIMPLE and PRACTICAL steps that you can implement right away to help your family.  We’ll talk you through it.  We’ll give you the checklists.  It’s all free.  We’ll also provide a few links to donate to those still in need from the North Bay.
The panel includes Amy Berryhill and Dustie Robeson (Spiffy Chicks, www.spiffychicks.com) and Michael Donner (retired Oakland firefighter).
Location:  Joaquin Moraga Auditorium
