Oscar Party 2013: Academy Awards Live | Balboa Theater

Once again, the Balboa Theatre celebrates the Academy Awards with a live broadcast on the big screen, Sunday, February 24, 2013 with Reed Kirk Rahlmann returning as Master of Ceremonies.

Dress up or down as your favorite nominated movie title (literal translation and bad puns allowed), or as a movie star to add to the celebrities on their runway. There will be prizes and games throughout the night.

Reed Kirk Rahlmann is a writer and performer who will provide entertainment during commercials. He was a founding member of the improv ensemble True Fiction Magazine, and can often be seen down at Pier 39, walking on glass to entertain tourists.

Doors open at 2pm for the Red Carpet and the show starts at 4pm.
