Event Details

They meet at 10:45 am by the Garfield statue to the right and in-front of the Conservatory and then walk over to their beautiful outdoor practice area. Please arrive before 11 am at the statue so you can walk over and start practice at11 am together and so you know where to go (occasionally practice spot changes due to others picnicking so they meet at the statue first).

This is a fun and playful class that’ll make you sweat and then slow it down to unwind at the end. Class focuses on aligning breath with movement, standing and seated postures, beginning inversions, and a few restorative poses to unwind from the week.

This is a donation based class, making yoga more accessible to all. No one is turned away for lack of funds. Donate what you can.

Strength to show up, to be your authentic self, and be heard. Let yoga be a guide to get you there. This is a mixed levels class where beginners are always welcome. (Please bring your own mat or a towel).
