Event Details

Get Pacha’s book or album just for showing up. Join them in Berkeley as the City Council proclaims November 14th to be Pacha Day. Author Dave Room will address the City Council. They invite anyone who has been moved by Pacha to come and if you feel up to it, offer public comments.

Pacha Day is a day for parents, educators, kids, and librarians to:

  • seek out stories about dreamers, youth leaders, and self-discovery;
  • recommit to reading;
  • recommit to remembering, writing down, and learning from dreams;
  • practice dream sharing;
  • incubate and call in the dreams they want to have before they fall asleep;
  • utilize the liminal state between sleep and waking life for getting useful information;
  • sew dream pillows;
  • make dreamcatchers;
  • sleep with a dream crystal under the pillow.
  • Get a copy of the book or the album just for showing up. (Supplies are limited; first come, first serve.)
