Free Friday Night Bands at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk | 2019

Every summer, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk casts its net and drags in a host of Top 40 bands from the ’70s, ’80s, and early ’90s to play free concerts right on the beach every Friday night.

Papa Doo Run Run returns to the Boardwalk to perform tunes from the Beach Boys, Jan & Dean, and other beach party favorites.

Formed in Cupertino in 1965, the group has toured and recorded with the Beach Boys, and from 1975 to 1990 served as the “celebrity house band” at Disneyland.

Kick off Labor Day weekend singing along with Papa Doo Run Run and their classic beach party hits.
