Event Details

The Urban Center and Lyrical Opposition present Paradigm Rhymes, a visual art gallery and poetry event that showcases various artistic mediums. The theme of the event is based on paintings from each visual artist and matched with a spoken word poet to perform storytelling of each piece.

Free, but an RSVP is required.

This event is to showcase art in its purest literary and visual forms The event is hosted by poet and activist, Javier Reyes of Bayview YMCA/Colored Ink and starts with a mixer and networking hour at 7 pm. This free event consists of various spoken word performances consisting of transparent, emotional and uplifting stories from artists.
