Event Details

Mario Hernandez, co-creator of the legendary graphic novel series, Love & Rockets, takes you on a personal journey of his introduction and appreciation of the alternative world of underground comix. Mario with reminisce and point out crucial inspirations and leaders in the underground comics scenes of the 1950s and 60s.

The Millbrae Library is two (longish) blocks from the the Millbrae BART station. You can take the ECR Bus two blocks north and get off by Safeway. The library is behind the Walgreen’s building. There is plenty of free parking if you want to drive.
