Join the merchants and neighbors of Piedmont Avenue for the 10th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting & Stroll.

There will be an ornament making, ceremonial tree lighting, holiday caroling, festive performances by local musicians and school children, and a visit by Santa Claus. Shops will be open late for your holiday gift needs.

Key Route Plaza, Piedmont & 41st, Oakland

Events at Key Route Plaza (41^st and Piedmont Avenue) will include:

• 3:30 to 4:30 pm — Ornament making with librarians from the Piedmont Avenue Branch Library. All children and the “young at heart” are encouraged to come and make an ornament of their choice.
• 4:45 to 5:30 pm — Performance by The Pacific Boy Choir followed by caroling.
• 5:30 pm — Santa arrives and light the tree.

Please bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Avenue’s toy drive benefiting Harbor House.
