Despite their 4th quarter collapse against the lowly Raiders last week, Shanghai Kelly’s bar in Russian Hill still sees fit to host their 16th Annual Pittsburgh Steelers Fan Appreciation Night with a free BBQ and the Thursday night game vs. the Cleveland Browns on the big screen.
