Pokemon Go Toy Drive & Crawl | Oakland

Pokemon Go has been sweeping the world getting hundreds of thousands of people out, interacting with, and making new friends. There are groups doing dog walks while they play, people downloading apps that donate per mile walked, and people dropping lures around children’s hospitals. They have decided that it is time to take this one step further and hold a toy and supply drive and fundraiser for the UCSF Benioff Oakland Children’s Hospital.

They can use this amazing phenomenon of Pokemon Go to improve the lives of the children who rely on the Oakland Children’s Hospital. The owner of Endgame Oakland has graciously allowed them to use some of his space to hold the event and the pokestops on the surrounding blocks will have lures on them for the entire three hour duration of the event. There are great places to eat and drink around the venue including their very own Endgame Cafe.

There will be a raffle for fun prizes. Some will be Pokemon themed and some will not be. Donate one item for one raffle ticket with a maximum of two raffle tickets per person for the event.
