Join them for a fun half day BioBlitz at Pt. Pinole Regional Shoreline in Richmond CA. Get ready to enjoy being a citizen scientist through simple observation and photo documentation.

A BioBlitz is an event that focuses on finding and identifying as many species as possible in a specific area over a short period of time. This event is part of the California Academy of Science’s annual week-long BioBlitz of the California coastline.

Bring your camera, sunblock, water to stay hydrated, snacks, your kids, not your dogs, and water shoes for oyster counting if you’re inclined to get a little muddy.
