Event Details

Quiet Lightning Literary Wonderfest | Conservatory of Flowers

Quiet Lightning readings return to the SF Conservatory of Flowers with fiction, poetry, and performance in a mix on August 5, September 2, and October 14, 2013.

Each show features a book of work by a local artist. Admission comes with a book for the first 100 people. The show begins promptly at 7:30 pm and ends shortly after 9 pm, with an intermission for smelling the flowers.

Doors open at 6:30 pm.  The show is $5-10 suggested donation, but no one is refused – high or low. Lagunitas drafts are $3.

The Greenhouse Effect on August 5, 2013 features Carleen Tibbetts, Paul Corman-Roberts, Peter Bullen, Tory Adkisson, Kara Vernor, Melissa Graeber, Linette Escobar, Tracey Knapp, Molly Giles, Miquila Alejandre, and Patrick O’Neil.

They’re doing the first set out front of the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers (so bring a jacket), and the second set inside.
