Join Bay Area Sudanese in a free cultural extravaganza. Authentic, locally-produced food, art, folklore, literature, music, dance, take your picture in traditional clothing,and a raffle with a grand prize trip to Sudan.

Like many African countries, Sudan has been portrayed for its poverty, disease, political turbulence and war. While all these do sadly exist, this is a chance to see, hear, feel, and taste the Sudan you don’t  read about in the headlines, and meet your Sudanese neighbors.
