Join celebrate Beltane in the East Bay. Share magical workings, dance the maypole, and turn the Wheel of the Year.
Reclaiming honors this date as Beltane, May Day, International Workers Day, and as a day that especially honors immigrant workers. Join and weave all of these threads and more.
Beltane Spring Ritual: Maypole & Chanting
Sunday, April 28, 2019 | 11 am
Ohlone Park, Sacramento & Delaware, Berkeley
FREEKids (and parents-optional) will circle separately for part of this ritual, to allow deep magical workings for all ages.
Gather 11 am – please arrive by 11:30 to support the family-friendly start time. Ritual lasts till about 1 pm, social time afterwards.
Please bring finger-food and non-alcohol drinks to share. Camp chairs or ground-blankets are welcome. Flowers and greenery for altar and musical instruments welcome as well. Card-tables are much appreciated.
