Event Details

The curators and artists of the Reclaiming Earth exhibit share their artwork and stories. In celebration of Earth Day 2017, this annual members exhibit of Women Eco Artists Dialog features art that focuses on eco and cultural values of conservation, preservation, and frugality.

Over 50 artists will show photographs, altered books, textile arts, paintings and sculpture that focus on ecological and social justice issues. The exhibit also honors WEAD’s 20 year history in San Francisco and celebrates the 100th birthday of WEAD’s co-founder Jo Hanson, a San Francisco eco artist-activist.
