Join Steve Early for a discussion of his book Refinery Town, which is the story of Richmond, California and how 15 years of civic activism improved public safety, raised Richmond’s minimum wage, challenged home foreclosures and evictions and demanded fair taxation of Big Oil and Big Soda.
