Event Details

Have you ever feel like you’re getting screwed over by your landlord or roommates but you feel like you can’t do a thing about it? For those times (and we’re not talking about domestic disputes over who finished the milk in the fridge) there’s the Housing Rights Committee to right the wrongs.

It’s an awesome resource but they run with volunteer counselors and a shoestring budget… so it’s time for a fundraiser: check out the Rent is Too Damn High Party, a benefit for Housing Rights Committee.

  • Delicious free food and 4 Barrel Coffee
  • Live music
  • special guests incl. Supervisor David Campos
  • Silent Auction with local goods and services.
  • Happy hour drinks.
  • General awesomeness.

Cost: Donations between $5-$50 (no one turned away for lack of funds)
