Event Details

Join the Chinese Culture Center and SF Camerawork in their first collaboration together. Retrieved brings together three distinctive photographic collections, featuring Kurt Tong’s personal book tracing his family’s immigration from Hong Kong to Britain, Daniel Traub’s street photography of African immigrants in Guangzhou, and Thomas Sauvin’s Beijing Silvermine, a selection of salvaged photos rescued from a recycled plant in Beijing.
