Women’s Bike Ride To Tiburon | Golden Gate Park

In honor of Women’s History Month, the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition’s Women Bike SF program and the Women of AIDS/LifeCycle are teaming up for a bike ride to Tiburon.

Meet at 9:30 am in front of the California Academy of Sciences and pedal over the bridge, through Sausalito and on to Tiburon. Take a short break in Tiburon to rest, grab a snack or quick lunch and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Bay.

To return, you have three options:

• Take the ferry back to SF from Tiburon (aiming for the 12:10 pm ferry but dependent on the pace of the group) for a ~19 mile ride. Ferry returns to Fisherman’s Wharf.
• Take the ferry back to SF from Sausalito (aiming for the 2:10 pm ferry but dependent on the pace of the group) for a ~28 mile ride. Ferry returns to the Ferry Building.
• Or, you can do it, return to SF via bike for ~36 mile ride. We’ll cross the Golden Gate Bridge together, then say good-byes and head our separate ways to go home.

This ride is intended for women, trans*, femme and non-binary riders. Free event but riders are responsible for purchasing their own ferry ticket. This ride will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.
