Potrero Hill | Mini DIY-Fireworks Street Show | 2015
>> Want to see our Top Picks for this week instead?
Farley’s Coffee (SF) | 1315 18th St., San Francisco, CA 94107
Farley’s Coffee hosts their annual “Safe and Sane” July Fourth Fireworks show in the street on July 4, 2015. Each year, it’s accompanied by patriotic John Philip Sousa music from speakers hung awkwardly out of Farley’s windows.
If past years are any indication, expect to see a super informal DIY 15-20 minute old-school street fireworks show complete with sparkles, multi-layered cones, little mini rockets, flowers, whistlers, and more starting around 9 pm.
2015 Farley’s Safe and Sane July Fourth Celebration
Saturday, July 4, 2015 | Sundown
18th Street (b/t Missouri & Texas), Potrero Hill
Keep it on the DL: We’re not entirely sure about whether this type of event is allowed in SF, so keep it on the down low, so everyone can enjoy the show. There’s no reason for the fuzz to get involved and take away all the fun. And keep in mind, this is a DIY sort of event, so the details may change or it may be canceled at the last minute.
