Market Street | Market Street and Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA
Art meets politics in a fleet of floats, vehicles, and marchers along Market Street during the San Francisco Pride Parade, one the nation’s largest LGBT events and forty years running.
The SF Pride Parade offers over 200 floats snaking down Market Street and you can bet they’ll be full of feather boas, skimpy underwear, leather garbs, latex toys and a sexed-up atmosphere. Expect to see dykes on bikes, bears in straps, gays in skivvies, trannies in gowns and thousands of gawkers.
The parade is the culmination of a month of Pride-themed events in the city and the all-out celebration during this weekend culminating in the Pride Festival (Sat & Sun) in Civic Center Plaza.

The possibilities are many.
