Before Instagram, there were high resolution slides, the use of which boomed with amateur photographers after World War II.

4×5 Gallery has put together a series of vintage found images of San Francisco from the ‘40s, ’50s, and ’60s highlighting the past beauties of this wonderful city. These images have been taken from a trove of private images and will be presented in large formats.
