2012 San Jose Zombie Crawl

It’s time for the 5th Annual Downtown San Jose Zombie Crawl so break out the liquid latex and mint-flavored blood, dust off yer drinkin’ shoes, and get ready for the best thing to hit San Jose since the Sharks.

Dress in your zombie finest, and join us as we, for the 5th year in a row, drag our corpses though 6 bars in Downtown San Jose (yes 6, that’s one more than last year). We have some new bars lined up, live music, and as always fabulous drink specials and raffle prizes. And don’t forget about our costume contest, and the chance to crawl home with the $500 grand prize.

Here is how the Crawl will go in 2012:

• We will meet at The Old Wagon Saloon at 6:30, where we will have our costume contest and raffles at 7:30. The first location is all-ages. The Old Wagon Saloon doesn’t become 21+ until long after we leave, so bring your whole undead family.
• At 8:00, we will split off into 4 groups, and crawl between 4 different bars (Firehouse, La Pinata, Splash, and the Brit). Your group will still spend an hour at each bar, however smaller groups means quicker bar service and less time waiting to get in.
• At midnight, we will all meet back up at Freddy J’s for a show featuring the one, the only, the disturbingly-appropriate Culo A Boca.

The cost to attend depends on the time you join us. Before 8pm, wristbands are sold for $3. After 8pm, they will be a whopping $5

Why do we charge? This event, as fun of a party as it is, benefits the American Cancer Society. All proceeds are donated in honor of a few of us who have lost loved ones. Cheap drinks, a great party, and a good cause.
