Every summer Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk casts its net and drags in a host of Top 40 bands from the ’70s ’80s and early ’90s to play free concerts right on the beach every Friday night. Highlights for the 2013 season include ABC, Cracker and Gin Blossoms.

Eddie Money burst onto the music scene with his self-titled debut album in 1977. The album, which went double platinum, featured hits like Baby Hold On, and Two Tickets to Paradise.

Money followed the success of his debut album with a stream of Top 40 hits, Think I’m in Love, Shakin, Take Me Home Tonight, and I Wanna Go Back.
